Boot Camp Reserve/Maintenance program:
Held at Busy Body Fitness Center

Personal Training at its best in a group setting. The ultimate Cross Fitness Conditioning program available today! This classic workout is used by the strongest armed forces in the world. The United States Military! This program is designed to help beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts reach their fitness goals. Your “Drill Instructors (fitness professionals) will vary your workouts for 1 hour 4 days per week. The workout sessions are scheduled for Monday 5:30 am, Tuesday 6:30pm, Thursday 6:30pm and Saturday morning at 8:30am on Deerfield Beach – meet at the Deerfield Beach Pier. (See Schedule)

Active Duty Program:

Active Duty program is a one week or two week rain or shine, no excuses, military style fitness program designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Once you begin the process there is no turning back. The change is forever!

The first day will be a fitness evaluation, followed by your first day workout. The remainder of the week or weeks will consist on 1½ hour workouts designed to improve your upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexability.

The final day of training will be a test of Character! We will conduct a fitness evaluation to measure your overall results. You will be amazes with the transformation.

You can’t stop there! The Reserve/maintenance program will be waiting for you!
